Safe operation system for gas fired boilers

Prepare before opening the furnace

Gas system: check whether the gas pressure is normal, not too high or too low, open the gas supply valve water supply system under the normal circumstances: check whether the water pump water, otherwise open the air valve, until the water, open the boiler water door and water pump before and after the water system of each door.

Three, steam boiler should check the water level gauge, the water level in the normal position, the water level gauge gas water cock must be in the open position, to eliminate the false water level.

Four, check the valve on the pressure pipeline, must be opened, flue baffle must be opened.

Five, electrical system: check the control cabinet on each button should be in the normal position.

Six, sewage system: under the premise of normal low load water level in the boiler, rapid sewage discharge, after the sewage discharge is completed, close the sewage valve, and check whether the sewage discharge valve is tight.

7. Steam pipeline system: open the main steam valve of the boiler body, close the discharge pipe valve of the main steam pipe, check whether the main steam valve of the sub-cylinder is opened, and whether the vent valve and other branch steam pipe valves are closed tightly.

VIII. Check whether the softening water equipment is running normally, and the various indicators of softening water produced shall meet the national standards.

Power-on ignition combustion

First, turn on the main power switch, turn on the burner knob, the fan should immediately start blowing cleaning.

2. When the pressure in the boiler rises to 0.2MP, it should be regularly discharged once, the water level gauge should be flushed once, and the water level in the boiler should be corrected, and the high and low water level alarm should be tested.

3. After confirming that the water level gauge, pressure gauge and high and low water level alarm are working normally, slowly open the valves of each branch for steam supply, and enter the automatic adjustment of natural burning procedure according to the volume of steam consumed.

Four, because of a reason  caused by the burner shut down, should check the system, to confirm the troubleshooting after the burner restart.

Normal shutdown procedure,

First, normal stop furnace should be in the state of fire suppression combustion or low pressure, stop the burner operation, close the flue wind baffle, let the steam in the furnace slowly depressurize.

2. After the pressure drops to zero, close the main steam valve of the furnace body and the upper valve of the main steam pipe, open the water discharge valve of the main steam pipe, and conduct drainage and flushing of the water level gauge at the same time to observe the change of the water level of the water level gauge.

3. Close the gas valve and check whether the drain valve is closed properly and strictly.
