Three, found that the boiler manhole, hand hole, observation hole leakage, leakage, should be tightened in time, seriously damaged should be replaced in time, the boiler water temperature should be reduced to about 60℃.

Four. The safety valve must be manually lifted once a month. When it is found that it is not tight, it should be lifted, lifted and released more quickly.

Five, every day should check whether the water pump leakage, all valves are running, dripping, leakage phenomenon, found the problem should be solved in time.

Six, keep the boiler body clean, no dirt, no leakage, no rust and external corrosion, carefully fill in the equipment maintenance records.
