Stage 1: raise and dry stage by high temperature , with high temperature steam to raise 100℃, at this time ,the moisture of the wood is closed to zero ,the drying time of high temperature is up to original moisture of wood ,and variety of trees ,and thickness of wood , if treated wood have high moisture ,it should be put into Kiln drying.

Stage 2: heat treatment stage ,the heat treatment is under low
oxygen airtight furnace ,according to treatment requirement , after high temperature dry ,when the temperature of furnace get 200 ℃ ,we can begin to treat, the time of heat treatment is up to original moisture of wood ,and variety of trees ,and thickness of wood

Stage 3: cool and moisture mediation treatment stage ,after heat treated wood become cool within controlled condition ,at this time use spray system to cool down the temperature ,then to process moisture mediation treatment .Pay more attention at this time ,after heat treatment wood is in high temperature stage , and have big temperature difference with outside .it will make wood crack ,this treated time is related to variety of trees and treated time.
