Henan Taiguo SZL series water-tube chain boiler adopts double-drum vertical arrangement, and the combustion method is chain grate suitable for burning biomass shaped solid fuel. The water wall on both sides of the furnace adopts a membrane water wall structure; the water wall pipes on the front and back walls of the furnace extend down to the upper part of the grate to form front and back arches. Behind the furnace is a combustion chamber, a convection tube bundle, and an economizer at the rear. The flue gas enters the tail flue through the furnace, the combustion chamber, the convection tube bundle and the economizer, and is discharged into the atmosphere through the dust collector, induced draft fan and chimney. The front wall is equipped with secondary air, which is controlled by a valve, and is put into use when biomass fuel is used to intensify the combustion, so that the fuel is fully burned out and the combustion efficiency is improved. A higher feed inlet is adopted to meet the demand for biomass fuel.
